HOW TO INCREASE THE SPEED OF YOUR ANDROID DEVICE—DISABLING ANIMATIONS

Android phones and tablets display animations when moving between apps and screens. The animations look so smooth but but can make your device slower.
Disabling these animations display will speed up navigating between different apps and interface screen on your phone, thereby saving you some precious time.

To disable the animation of your device you will need to have access to Developer options which can be found under settings.

In some android devices, you may need to go to Build number under About phone and tap it severally until you see "you are now a developer!" before the Developer options is enabled.

Now the steps

1.Go to Settings > Developer options

2. Scroll down to Drawings

3.Tap on Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, and Animator duration scale, one after the other.

4. Select Animation off' from the options that pops up.

You may otherwise decide to speed up the animations rather than disabling them entirely, by selecting the .5x option instead.

you may also like to play around the other options by selecting 1.5x, 2x, 5x, or 10x. But bear in mind that options other than 1x will slow than the displayed animations

Altering any part of the the developer options of your phone is at your own risk
