FIX: "THIS APP CAN'T OPEN USING THE BUILT-IN ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT" ON WINDOWS

It is not uncommon to encounter the error above on Microsoft's Windows when ever you are trying to access some Microsoft's account associated in-built apps like Mail, Photos, Groove Music, Movies and TV,etc.

This tutorial will help fix the errors.

Go to "Search" icon and type Local Security Policy, double click on it or run it as an administrator.



Under Security settings click on Local Policies, and click on security options from the drop down.

Scroll down to UAC: Administration Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator. You may likely see it as Not Specified or Disabled, select it and choose Enable.

Click Apply and OK.

Restart your PC
